I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in the West Covina Mall! My glasses were missing a tiny screw, and I wasn’t sure if they could even be repaired. Marie took the time to inspect them, found exactly what was missing, and fixed them quickly and perfectly. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about helping me. Thanks to Marie, my glasses are as good as new! Her attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly made my day. She provides exceptional care and goes above and beyond for her customers!

Dr. Maryann Khatami was very thorough in her examination and answering any questions. She was very polite and professional and did not rush through the examination. She took her time which you rarely see now a days in the medical field. Dedrick helped my husband and I with our eye glasses and he also was very professional, polite, and had a positive attitude which is also very rare to see, especially in young people. They both made the experience very positive. The young lady that did my pre-exam also did a wonderful job, unfortunately I do not recall her name.

Marie was super helpful, she made the glasses buying experience so good for me and was able to breakdown what lens type I was buying as well as also informed me what the protection plan covers. She was very helpful and would 10/10 be her customer again.
