The dog chewed our son's glasses I called LensCrafers in Altoona, PA they were pleasant on the phone, gave us our options and we drove an hour to their store. When arriving we were greeted with smiling faces and great personalities. They took great care of our 9 year old son and we could not have asked for a better experience. To Charlene, John, Chris and the gentlemen who made the lenses you were amazing! Thank you for a trouble free visit and making it easy Pierce is loving his Oakley glasses!

Friendly and helpful staff with quick service. Nice selection of more fashionable frames for the area. Prices and about average with other optometrists in the area. Also has frequent sales on frames and sunglasses or a combo on both. Because they are a national chain they do not accept many local insurances including UPMC . However with the frequent sales the prices are average or slightly less than local optometrists.

Terrible glasses place. They fitted my progressive prescription in wrong, and my eye doctor's office told me, but when I went back to them, they could not reimburse me, but tried to fix the problem qnd made it worse. I have had more problems for two years after paying all that money.
