I have had really great care here so far. I used to go to them years ago, really liked them. I had moved out of the area yet came back, and recently found them again close to home. The optician Kim helped me tremendously today, and Veronica was welcoming and was friendly to work with during my original selection process. They really honor the 30 day happiness guarantee and I am grateful. Learned some new tips about glasses, yet have been wearing them since 2nd grade!!! Ty ladies!

Called in to ask about prices on contacts and was helped by Julie. I ended up placing an order. It involved insurance, faxing paperwork and shipping. She made the entire process painless and they had the best deal in town. I will definitely be using them again in the future thanks to the help I received and the prices.

Today I visited LensCrafters on 1813 W, New Haven Ave (US 192), West Melbourne, FL 32904. The visit was a total pleasure from arrival to departure. The admission clerks, the nurse practitioner, Dr. Walter herself and a gentleman named Lou in the Frame and Lens section were all very personable and treated everyone like a family member. You don't see this kind of interactions in many places. No wonder they are booked solid months in advance. Keep up the good work. Thank you!!!

My best eyeglasses /optometry experience in years. The staff is nice, patient and professional. The customer service is the best. I have worn eyeglasses for at least 20+ years and this has been the best experience so far. If you are not happy with something they are willing to work with you and I greatly appreciate this.
