I had an issue with my glasses while I was on vacation in Los Angeles — they had gotten badly bent and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to fix them easily. Dmitri was incredibly helpful and fixed my glasses perfectly and completely free of charge. He was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to help, especially while I was traveling. Thank you so much, Dmitri! I highly recommend this optician to anyone who needs help with their glasses. I dropped my favorite prescription Ray-Bans while bike riding yesterday and the lens popped out. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get it back in. Stopped by the nearest LensCrafters and even though I didn't buy these there, Dimitri and his trusty tool kit fixed it in minutes, at no charge. Greatly appreciate the above and beyond service.

I was in on Sunday, 7/5 and was immediately greeted by Eloy who provided excellent customer service. As I was browsing the selection he reminded me if I needed further assistance to let him know. Eloy was very patient and answered all of my questions. His colleague Mikelle was also extremely helpful and worked on finalizing my order, so Eloy could take a break. They were short staffed that day and managed to assist not only the customers who walked in, but also the customers who called in over the phone. They definitely are a dynamic duo of a team and I appreciate the quality of their service, their kindness and all their effort to ensure I was happy with my final selection/purchase. Thanks again!
