Buying glasses can be a big step and somewhat overwhelming. Candace was a delight to work with. She's so knowledgable and good at what she does that I felt very happy and comfortable making my decision. I appreciated her patience while I made my decision between so many good choices. Will definitely be recommending and coming back.

I am giving a five star review because of Dr. Robert Torney. He is the best he takes time in talking to his patients and gave me advice on reducing my bloodshot eyes. Regarding the LensCrafters Manager, Candice, I would give her zero stars. She is not a people person, she is rude, all she’s interested is in selling lenses overpriced glasses to people who can’t afford them.

5 star review of this location and Karen! Her Knowledge was amazing of both product and application both superior and surpasses anything I’ve experienced! She has truly made a difference!

Terrible customer service experience. I have never felt so dismissed as a customer. After multiple interactions with this location, I can confidently say I will not be returning. The lack of professionalism and accountability was extremely disappointing from the manager to the employees already submitted my complaint in the forms

First time visit was amazing! Was greeted right away and was also attended immediately! Candice and Jonathan were super nice and knowledgeable! Really helped me during all of the experience. The DR and other staff members I interacted with were all super nice ! Will recommend to family and friends
