I stopped by to get the nose pads replaced on my sunglasses, and Sandra was amazing! Not only did she replace the nose pads, but she also cleaned my glasses and tightened up the frame for free. She didn't charge me anything and was so friendly and happy to help. Great customer service!! she completely made my day!
I had a very good experience A employee that helped me a lot was named Ricky. He gave good customer service, especially when I couldn’t find the right glasses to fit me. He helped with that he gave me different options. Told me which ones would be a good Choice, which was really helpful and really appreciated. And overall, he was a very generous person.
Sandra and Dr. Jenny Hoe are absolutely amazing. The doctor really listens and she’s very thorough. Sandra is always so professional and kind. Ive went to other LensCrafters in the area and this location is by far the very best. Visit here and see this practice! Ask for Sandra
