Richard and Cailani was very helpful. I had a great experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Richard. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and helped me find exactly what I needed without feeling rushed or pressured. His professionalism and friendly attitude really made the experience stand out. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend asking for Richard if you visit this location!

Jessica was a great help today! I came in needing adjustments on my sunglasses and reading glasses and she fixed them perfectly. I’ve also come in to purchase eyewear before and it was a great experience. Great team here!

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Latisha. She went above and beyond to help me by putting my current lenses into a pair of sunglasses that I didn’t even purchase there. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it really stood out. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciate her help and will definitely be coming back because of the great service I received.

Exceptional service from the Cristy Patterson licensed optician. My glasses were loose, and after her careful adjustment, they feel like brand new again and fit perfectly. I can wear them so much more comfortably now. Truly appreciate the excellent care and attention. Thank you.
