We had a great experience at LensCrafters! Dr. Curtis Scott was patient and took the time to explain everything to both of my children. The staff was incredibly helpful while fitting them for their first set of contacts. Learning to put contacts in can be challenging, but everyone was supportive and encouraging. Thanks to their patience and guidance, it was a successful appointment. Highly recommend!

The management staff Lens Crafters at Plantation Mr. Crumbley And Mrs. Elyse Are fantastic. To me they're like a dynamic Duo Of awesome customer service Excellence! As an educator I find myself inspired Every time I visit them for my annual! They always give me expert advice With consistent And Excellent Customer service! I see Dr. Curtis Scott, and he is honestly an amazing eye doctor. A couple of years ago, I had a detached retina, and he acted immediately to get me in with a specialist for surgery. He is very kind, but also straightforward and efficient, so you’re not sitting there for hours waiting. I’ve also taken my daughter to see him after another doctor gave us information that seemed a little questionable, and Dr. Scott was honest, caring, and reassuring. He genuinely cares about his patients and doesn’t treat people like dollar signs. That kind of compassion is hard to find. His staff is also wonderful—always friendly, welcoming, and personable. They never make you feel rushed or like just another patient. Of course, when you leave, you walk through the LensCrafters store, and I have to say the manager, Sandy, and the assistant manager are amazing as well. They are incredibly helpful, give honest advice, and the rest of their staff is just as kind and professional. I felt I needed to write this review because going here gives you peace of mind. Your eyes are so important, and you want people who truly care for them while also knowing you’re not being taken advantage of. This location has always treated my family with kindness, even when we came in with issues involving my toddler breaking my glasses. I truly appreciate everyone at this location and highly recommend them.

I've bought several pairs of glasses from LensCrafter and have bought them at different locations. The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And this time Mr. Terrence did an awesome job making sure I understood the new features offered this year in comparison to what I got previously. He also made sure I understood the warranty offered. I am very pleased with the level of care I received. I feel they appreciate my business.
