I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! I’m on vacation and halfway across the country when my prescription sunglasses (that I didn’t even buy from them) broke. I called and came in, and they fixed them for me right away—no charge, no hassle. Everyone was super nice, and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. I believe the employee who helped me was named Geesh, and she was amazing. They really saved me while I was away from home. Highly recommend!

Terry and Stacy were the sweetest! I came in to order new glasses and they were so helpful in finding the perfect frame styles for me. I appreciated the transparency with prices and felt like they really were looking out for my best interest not just the sale or prices.

I want to recognize Geesh for the outstanding customer service she provided. While on vacation, it’s not always easy to find someone who is genuinely committed to helping customers, but Geesh went above and beyond to assist me with getting my glasses fixed. She was friendly, professional, and truly cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Employees like Geesh are rare, and she is exactly the kind of person you want representing your company. Her dedication and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier, and I sincerely appreciate the excellent service .

LensCrafters in the city of Mary Esther near Fort Walton was WONDERFUL! My son lost his prescription glasses on our first day of vacation. They got us in and out in a couple hours. Terri was so helpful and made getting replacement very easy! Yay! You all were great! 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent location, Excellent service. Two years ago we went to Destin, and did internet eye exams, picked frames the whole 9 yards. I will never do internet exams again. My glasses didn't fit right. The lined Bifocals were too high which caused me to wear them on the tip of my nose, and within 2 months my vision got worse, and my glasses became more and more useless. I felt the internet Dr was in a rush, and we all 3 paid the price. The Ft Walton location was awesome. The Dr was thorough, took his time, and absolutely LOVES Labs as every room had pictures loaded with them. .Grece is AWESOME, a consumate professional who knew exactly how to help all 3 of us. I will never go back to Destin again.
