I am very happy to find Assistant Manager Rachel to help me with my glasses. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. The team at eyeglass world in fort Walton beach were exceptionally helpful and professional. The answered any questions I had and after my purchase they were also very helpful in getting my glasses dialed in correctly.

Came in with a broken pair of sunglasses, Rachel greeted me as soon as I walked in and when I showed her my glasses, she knew just what to do. They were fixed, she even cleaned them for me. I was in and out in 10 mins during my lunch break. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for any of my eyewear needs in the future!

I had a great experience at Eyeglass World thanks to Paula! She was attentive, patient, and truly went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed.She even took pictures for me to send to my sister to help me decide. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Paula!

Always such a nice environment to walk into, the staff communicated well with me the entire time and made sure I knew what I was paying for, what was covered, and helped me pick new frames that I like way more than my old ones. Missy was and absolute pleasur, she was straight forward and transparent about everything
