First-time customer and was very pleased and surprised by the experience. I had to pay out of pocket then file reimbursement because it is out of network but it was so worth it. Dr. Purdy was so thorough when trying to get my contact Rx correct and gave me several strengths for my right eye to try at home before ordering to make sure I was comfortable with the choice. That has never happened in my 30+ years of wearing contacts and I was so appreciative of the awedome cuszomer service. The technicians were equally helpful and made great recommendations for glasses to take advantage of the great sale that was going on through end of Aug. Highly recommend.
