I recently had an eye exam here. Everyone in the entire store was very friendly! The employee that stood out to me was Evan. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and had an outstanding personality! He also took the time to answer my many questions that I had about the Nuance Glasses. My exam was performed by Dr. Persaud, she was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable during the entire exam. She also took the time to explain how my prescription had changed and how it affected my vision. The staff at this store is top notch and i would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I would like to leave a wonderful review for this location. I was greeted by a associate and explained that my sunglasses were putting too much pressure around the area above my ears. I also was a walk-in and did not have an appointment. They were happy to adjust them, and the service was completed quickly. While making the adjustment, the associate also noticed that one of the screws was loose and offered to tighten it something I hadn’t even mentioned. They took care of it at no charge, which was a pleasant surprise. This location truly deserves five stars and more. The customer service was exceptional, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure my sunglasses fit comfortably. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

First, making an appointment was very easy. I spoke with Jonathan and got everything set up to see Dr. Rockman. It had been several years since getting my eyes checked and I was aiming as getting new glasses. Pre-tests to examine my eyes were done prior to seeing the Dr. Dr Rockman was very professional, calming and he explained every step along the way. We finished and ordered my new script. Waited 7 days, the new ones came in. I wore them for a couple of days, but they needed tweaking. I stopped by for a follow-up appointment and they were very understanding about what I needed “tweaking”. I am waiting for the revised glasses to come in. I am quite happy and would recommend seeing them for your eye exams & eyewear!!

I stopped at LensCrafters to have a screw replace t in my glasses. They had several customers and I was asked to take a seat. I waited less than 5 minutes. The lady helping me replaced the screw and also offered to replace the nose pads ! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with no charge ! Thank you LensCrafters ! Customer service at its finest!

My review is based on the customer service and not on the eye glasses as they have just been ordered. Entering the store I looked for the usual optician I use and she was busy so another optician named Ana offered assistance. The store was very busy and the phone was very busy. It soon became apparent that Ana was the only one answering the phone which initially bothered me then I saw how efficdiently and politely she handled each call without neglecting me. I am an old time bi-focal wearer considering progressives. Ana explained my options and the differences. She did not hard sell me even though I had questions. I am not an easy customer but this did not bother her which I greatly appreciated. It has been quite a while since any store employee made me feel confident I had made the right choice of store.
