Stopped in because my sunglasses lost their nose pieces. Oseas greeted us with an eagerness to help which is refreshing these days. He would not hear of us paying for the new parts. We did buy my wife another pair of glasses while we were there. Excellent customer service!! This is why we continue to do business with LensCrafters.

This lenscrafters genuinely saved my life. I was in town on vacation, and my glasses fell into the ocean. Dumb I know lol. I wear progressives, which take long to produce. I visited this lenscrafters immensely satisfied since the two wonderful ladies working were able to get me a pair of non progressive, traditional lenses that matched my prescription within the hour. Without them, my trip would have been ruined. Plus coming l home from my trip and STILL waiting for my progressive lenses I ordered online to come in would have ruined my ability to drive and work. I am so incredibly thankful for their kind, fast and helpful customer service.

Oseas has helped me out with my wrap around prescription sun glasses. We did have trouble of a few different kinds. Oseas has been patient, knowledgeable able and terrific to deal with. I will return when I need regular glasses.
