Wouldn't even give a star. Just left there and always overcharge Bought Secretly Slender 10p jeans. I told them was $48 and on sale $35.99 plus gave them my 20 % off coupon. They charged me 38.40 each and I bought 2 pairs. Price in phone with coupon is 23.39. They checked with someone else and said $38.40 was right. This is the second time this gas happened to me. Made the trip from Venice. Will tell people here this Pennys overcharged. Very disappointed!!

Was told same day pickup would be ready by 3pm on an item needed today. It was never ready, even when I went at closing time. To add: Currently under construction, and Google Maps may take you accidentally to a construction entrance. Go through Club Drive to get here easily.

Very pleasant staff, Beebs was very informative in the jewelery department. Had my order, a new watch, ready to be picked up and it was sized while I waited.

We saved thousands of dollars by DYI curtains at JC Penney. We called the national window treatment companies and we would've had to pay thousands of dollars. JC Penney's had, beautiful fabrics and curyain patterns to choose from. We are so happy with the outcome. Associate "T" was so helpful courteous and professional.
