Noah took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel rushed. Edith was equally amazing—friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. What stood out most was their patience and positive attitude. I had a great experience at the LensCrafters on North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, near Michael’s and PetSmart. I came in with glasses I bought about a year and a half ago. My extended warranty had already ended, and the glasses were pretty stretched out and needed some help. Edith was wonderful. She adjusted them for me, polished everything, and made them look beautiful again — all at no charge. She was friendly, helpful, and really took the time to make sure I was happy before I left. Excellent customer service, and I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!

This is the second pair of prescription glasses I made at this location at 1744 N Federal Highway@ Fort Lauderdale and Edith helped me with frame & glass selection options. She is super fantastic and really give full attention to explain everything very patiently. I got Meta glasses and she explained all the details about it to me and I was fully convinced to get one right away. Great customer service and attention to details is what makes Edith an exception store manage. I highly recommend this location and I am sure you will be amazed with Edith’s customer service.

I stopped in to see if they could fix my favorite frame of a competitor’s pair of glasses. I was met by Edith and after examination she said she would do her best to fix them. Let’s just say that I walked out wearing them with a smile! Thank you Edith for your expertise, professionalism and kindness!!

My wife and I got our eyes checked and ordered some new prescription sun glasses. The employees were very kind and professional, we had our daughter with us and the employees interacted with her and seemed very happy to entertain her for a moment. Noah helped us find what we needed and even helped us figure out some good deals with our insurance. Thanks to the employees there, something we both didn’t want to have to do was actually a nice experience.
