We’ve been bringing our kids to LensCrafters in Gulf View Mall for the last three years, and they continue to deliver every single time. The lens protection plan alone is worth it, especially with kids. It’s saved us money and headaches more than once, and that kind of peace of mind is priceless. This most recent visit was next-level thanks to Yamaira. She was an absolute delight, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely great with my son. She helped him pick out a sharp pair of Polo frames, and when it came to pricing, they crushed the competition, even with photochromic lenses added in. Great service, great value, and people who actually care. If you’re in Port Richey and need glasses, especially for kids, this is the place. Highly recommend.

walked into LensCrafters close to closing time and was still greeted with a smile and genuine eagerness to help. I originally came in to get the glasses I had purchased in New York adjusted, but the experience was so great that I ended up buying another pair as well. The staff took their time, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued instead of rushed. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely come back for my future glasses needs!

★☆☆☆☆ I visited this LensCrafters location expecting professional customer service, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, the employee assisting me came across as rude and unwelcoming. I tried to remain polite throughout the visit, but I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. The eye exam itself was fine, but customer service is a major part of the overall experience. I hope management addresses how customers are treated, because no one should leave feeling disrespected after spending their time and money at a business. This is my first and last visit.

Todd and Jarod were awesome in helping me get set up with glasses and sunglasses. They were extremely patient with me in helping make sure I got what I wanted. Their system was having issues but instead of giving up or saying it wouldn’t work they MADE it work. Top notch care from people who obviously take immense pride in their jobs.

I had a great experience getting my glasses, thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and even enjoyable. I especially want to highlight Miggs, who went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair. Miggs took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything fit comfortably and looked great. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Overall, I’m very happy with my new glasses and the service I received. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer care.
