Caitlyn was so helpful. She picked out the frames and assisted me well. I was an end of the day customer 6:00 pm and she was courteous and informative. I have another pair I am bring up to her to assist.

Carson was so helpful, delightful, and professional. He understood my aging mother's needs regarding not just her glasses, but also was sensitive to her having a fixed income. He was straight forward and refreshingly honest. I got his card so I can come to him for all of my family's glasses 🤓😎

Best lenscrafters experience ever! I lost a contact while driving back to Connecticut from Missouri and lost a contact. Dr. Tim was able to see me that day (on a Sunday afternoon), got my fitted for new lenses and had some in stock to get us back home! The whole office was friendly and super helpful! I wish I lived closer to this location.
