Kelly and Donna were working. Greeted me when I walked in. Kelly helped me find the right style . I wanted something besides bulky and square frames. And I have many pair lots of them black. We found the perfect tortoise color. Kelly was very very professional, Donna even chimed in with information , thank you for your sweet personality, and knowledge about the products your offer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in Destin Commons today. From the moment I walked in, Kelley Lackeos provided outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable—especially since I’m recovering from recent surgery. She made sure I didn’t have to move around at all and handled everything with so much care. Kelley’s friendly demeanor made both me and my family feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with genuine warmth, and she absolutely delivered. Thank you, Kelley, for making what could have been a stressful visit such a pleasant and easy experience! Highly recommend this location!

Kate and Kelley were beyond helpful! They helped me get the perfect frames for what I needed. It’s so nice when associates allow you to try on all the glasses until we found the right ones. They were so friendly and accommodating!

My 7 year old daughter got her 1st pair of glasses the day before our FL vacation. While on vacation she accidentally bent them and could not wear them. Thank goodness for Melissa at LensCrafters in Destin Commons! She was so welcoming, patient, and understanding. She fixed the glasses quickly and we were back on our way to enjoying our vacation! Thank you, Melissa, for saving the day!

Kelly was so very helpful with my damaged frame. I can’t be a day without my glasses but need this pair until I can get a new pair. Much appreciated her being able to do the repair in less than an hour. I can highly recommend LensCrafters.
