I had a wonderful experience here. I ordered precription glasses, and Bill was attentive, knowlegeable and kind. Bill is skillful in fixing any issues you may have with your glasses. I was impressed with his professionalism and, above all, kindness. The customer service is top notch.
I rolled over on my Persol glasses while noding off, ruined them. Ordered another pair of frames, same model. Met Kenny next day and in 10 minutes brought the new frames back with the lense in from the old frame. If I had seen the incredible selection of frames from the best manufacturers available I may have bought the frames there. Kenny and the manager treated me the way everyone would like to be treated by a business. Support this business, need more like them.
I called on Thursday and spoke with Bill about re-purchasing a pair of sunglasses I bought two years ago that were stolen from me. Bill looked in the computer system for that exact pair and even called Tiffany & Co himself to see if he could locate that exact pair. Unfortunately, they didn’t sell them anymore so he sent me some pictures via text of some others with the same price point. I ended up really loving a pair that he suggested & he price matched with the original site and I ordered them over the phone. They arrived at my doorstep Saturday morning! AND I LOVEEEE THEM SO MUCH!! It was a great experience and I’m so thankful I didn’t have to drive over an hour away. Thank you, Bill! You’re awesome!
Bill the general manager has helped my girlfriend and I twice now. He adjusted our sunglasses to better fit our faces and helped tighten the screws. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Denise was amazing! She was very professional and she listened well to my preferences on frames. She knew her inventory so well, she was able to select the perfect pair for me within minutes. She took additional time with me to explain the prescription process and I left feeling better than when I arrived. Definitely a positive experience.
