I had an amazing experience with Katie at LensCrafters! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain my options, helped me find frames that fit perfectly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The eye exam was thorough, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my vision and comfort. My glasses came out perfect, and the quality is excellent. Fast service, friendly atmosphere, and outstanding customer care — definitely a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!
