Conor! He is truly the best. He knows what he’s doing. He is patient and kind. And so wonderful to work with. Now we only ask for him. He has made our experiences getting glasses so much better than those at other places. And we are grateful. THANK YOU CONOR for being top notch.

Brody assisted me wonderfully, with my care coordination. He was able to successfully look up my eye insurance and provided me assistance in choosing and purchasing the correct contact lenses. He was patient and answered any follow up questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about store operations and supported me with information regarding the stores relocations and my insurance benefits. By the end of the call I felt confident to continue my services here, and look forward to my annual eye exam. Thank you Brody, and the team at Mission Valley!

It was my first and last time here. My boyfriend went for an eye check and the costumer service was so terrible. No one smiles, no one says Hi. After the eye exam, We asked if any glass frames could be prescription and they said Yes anything you see here. We spent 40 min finding the right frames we liked and when finally we decided in one pair, we sat down and they said Oh we cant do those. Why would you say Anything in here can be prescription and then we cant do those. What a waste of time. They need to be better with what type of information you’re giving to people.

Efficient process, proper measurement procedures, and cordial staff. Denise was amazing and informative for all my options! The have a big range of options for designer frames and a good few options for house/budget/non-designer frames
