Lenscrafters

I had an outstanding experience thanks to the store manager, Brian at the Eatontown location. He was incredibly honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about eyewear. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and helped both my mom and I find the perfect pair of glasses without ever making us feel rushed. What impressed us the most was his dedication. Even though it meant staying past the end of his shift, Brian continued to assist us with patience and genuine care. Thank you, Brian, for going above and beyond—I highly recommend this store because of you!

Brian and Mitchell are terrific! Brian was really patient with me in going over my insurance benefits in detail, helping me pick the best-suited glasses for me, and while also respecting my budget. Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to future visits here! I’d highly recommend this location and their team to help you with your needs. They’re good at what they do and care for their customers.

Sal, who was filling in from the Freehold store, helped me tremendously! He was kind, professional, took the time with me and in the end I ordered a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses. If he had not been there that day, I don’t know that I would have felt confident enough making this purchase, but he definitely made the difference. His knowledge of lenses, the codings, he knew exactly what I wanted, and I appreciated all the service he gave me that day. I look forward to working with him and LensCrafters in the future.

Good place to get an eye exam and glasses but be warned, they’re gonna keep emailing you to submit a review. Don’t even have your glasses yet but please write us a baseless good review! Get out of my inbox, LensCrafters. You wanted a review so bad so here’s 2/5 stars. Stop harassing me UPDATE: the quality of the end result and the staff just about make up for the annoying review pestering. Still taking a point off for it but truly, to get good customer service is so rare these days so I’ll deal with the badgering lol
