I lost my sunglasses and went to LensCrafters to find a new frame. I told the assistant manager who was helping me that I had really liked the frames I had and wished they still had them. While I was trying on different frames, this kind man looked up what I had previously bought and found that they could be ordered! I was really happy about that and my new sunglasses should be ready in a week or so. I really appreciated the fact that he took the extra time to search and help me. And the price was really reasonable too! So I highly recommend LensCrafters for glasses and sunglasses.

Evelyn was great today. Her manager was awesome as well. She fixed my dad's glasses, and she was very pleasant and kind. Evelyn provided great customer service today. I was very pleased with her willingness to help. He had a screw missing, she replaced it, and provided him with another case to keep them protected. Thank you, Evelyn. Evelyn, you are wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters thanks to Reed Daniel. He was extremely helpful and patient while assisting me and my family in choosing the right glasses. Reed made sure I found styles that suited me and went the extra mile to get us the best possible deal. His professionalism and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I loved the place. Although some of my friends had told me it was a bit pricey, I found the prices very accurate and in line with the frames. The frames were all perfect and beautiful. The person who helped me was excellent, even though I don't speak English, they tried their best to help me. Thank you.

Maria and Andrew are absolutely fabulous!! All of the staff will welcome you with open arms and answer any questions you might have with a smile on their face. (The eyedoc staff just as much!!) They're honest, professional, down to earth and their expertise is truly unmatched! This LensCrafters location sure is for everyone, no matter who you are! You'll be well taken care of - every step of the way. Great job you guys! (:
