Zack was an amazing salesman. He was honest and listened to what I wanted, not just telling me what pair looked good. Never pushy which is always great. He’s seriously a gem! As for the optometrist, she was also just as lovely as Zach, I just had to wait over an hour to be seen. If I wasn’t shopping for glasses, I would have walked out with that wait time. My glasses arrived like 3 days later which was awesome!

I love this Lens Crafters! Everything here seems to operate without a hitch-and I normally find the "hitch"! From my eye care pro, Carrie Trigilio-who thoroughly checked out the ol sight senders and answered all my questions. To Ben-who assisted me on previous visits-that helped me with my eyeglass and sunglasses frame selection. Ben allowed me to peruse the selection and I picked a few frames I thought suited my face...then he ran through the store picking frames faster than I could try on one pair, and selected a few more frames to try. If Im not mistaken, I did end up selecting one of his choices in sunglasses-and Im funny bout my sunglasses. Overall great experience. I mean, if you're gonna spend a gagillion bucks on eyewear, you SHOULD have a great experience...and these folks hit the mark!
I love going to LensCrafters in Westlake at Crocker Park. I always call ahead so I can work with Ben, he is fabulous!!!! We have a lot of fun picking out frames and I know he will give me his honest opinion. I get many compliments on my frames I choose abd wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
Had a thorough eye exam and Dr Trigilio gave me clear and practical tips to answer my questions and get my new prescription. She was friendly and really listened to my concerns. I then met with Ashley and she also was professional and yet very warm and friendly. She pulled out some frame options for me after listening to what I was looking for, and without much delay, we found a pair that I really liked. She also explained the insurance vs self pay options and various discounts so I could make the best choice for my needs and budget. The whole process was simple and I felt valued as a client and patient! The theme here is great listening skills, a focus on the customer, and to top it off, truly kind and friendly people! Highly recommend this location - easy parking on street - recco you go on weekdays when Crocker isn’t too busy to get best spot to park. The store itself also has a very trendy look and feel, and has a vast selection of designer and store brand frames. Something for every budget ! 5* for sure !
Ben was great. He asked what I was looking for in a frame, gave me some suggestions, then let me look on my own. When I had questions, he was there with the answers. He was friendly, but not overly (like a used car salesman). I was happy with their selection of frames as well. Highly recommended!
