Gabriel was awesome! Helped me narrow down to my final pair and helped my husband with his selection. He shared some really great tips and helped us maximize our savings. The location is inside of macys but still really decent selection of frames. I ordered contacts as well and got them delivered within 3 days. Totally unexpected!

I had a fantastic experience at Macys LensCrafter thanks to Associate’s Marean. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when helping me pick out the right frames for my face shape and prescription. I never felt rushed, and she explained the different lens options clearly without any pressure to upsell. What really stood out was how attentive and friendly she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I left with a great pair of glasses that I love and felt confident in my choice. Highly recommend asking for Marean if you visit!

Gabriel was very professional, I loved how polite and friendly he was. He took my measurements and everything went quick and easy. Can’t wait to get my prescription sunglasses back. Thank you Gabriel for being an exceptional manager at LensCrafters. 👍

Have been going there for 3+ years for all of our glasses. There staff is great except the girl started working a year or little more. She is rude and so not so a good job for customer satisfaction. But the other graceful lady (forgot get have) had always been so nice to all get customers and she is or goto sales person. Secondly i also notice they don't get newer style galsses or sun glasses. They really need to work on their fresh inventory.
