Margarita is fantastic! She took the time to explain my prescription and the differences between the lens options, making everything easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me choose what was best for my vision. She also fixed my old glasses, even though the frame had been so loose that I hadn’t been able to wear them for a long time. She offered to adjust them, and now they fit perfectly and I can enjoy wearing them again. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and highly recommend her!

My normal optometrist had to close down and combine with the Macy’s and at first I was very hesitant to change. I was so use to my usual routine and staff, but I took a chance and I am glad that I did! A complete upgrade from my previous experiences! Firstly, I am glad to see that my optometrist is doing well at this location. Secondly, when we came to schedule and appointment the staff was super helpful and made it super accommodating! When it came to the day of the appointment, our two opticians were so kind, helpful, informative, and patient! They really took their time and helped us find the right frames that matches our needs! Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great optometrist and optician! Not to mention great glasses frame options from some great designers at a very affordable price! 10/10 experience.

I always have a great experience at LensCrafters located inside Macys! Gabriela and Margarita are very friendly, professional, and make me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent. The entire team was wonderous. I am grateful for Gabby for helping me find the frames that looked great on me and Doctor Sandra for making my eye exam so informative and easy.

I had a great experience thanks to Stephanie, the Store Manager. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to adjust my eyeglasses until they fit perfectly. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference.
