I had a wonderful experience with David P and team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. David P took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my eye health and prescription options. This team truly cares about their patients. The office was clean, modern, and well organized, and the selection of frames were great too. I left feeling confident that my eyes were in excellent hands. When it comes to vision, I truly select where I go. I heard that Lenscrafters had improved their customer service. WOW, Their store at Mission Viejo inside Macy's Shops truly impressed me. David Perez excel my expectations.. He took the time to review all services that I could select from, find the best price, all to my satisfaction and in good timing. I truly comment his customer service. It is difficult to find service like the one I received.today. If you are searching for a place to have your vision exam and find quality glasses at the right price, you should start at this location. You won't regret it...

David was such a kind employee. He helped us with fixing an old pair of sunglasses that had a loose screw. He went above and beyond and even cleaned them after. We appreciated his help.

Pablo was wonderful! He first replaced a popped out lens, nose pads and then spent so much time to help perfectly adjust my sunglasses! Loved his attention to detail!
