Wow!!!! Who would have thought that picking glasses and purchasing them would be such a breeze and actually a ton of fun? I came in with broken glasses and the manager Meryl Took time and fixed them with care. Then her and Justin worked extra hard to help me find The right color and size for my next pair of glasses. Easy parking, amazing staff and a GORGEOUS selection- I have found my new spot for buying glasses!

Justin was awesome and very professional and kind he fixed my glasses that I dropped and lenses came out and he able to them to me fast, lens crafter should be lucky to have workers like Justin, once again thank you so very much Justin.
Lens Crafters has the worse workmanship in optometry. I brought a brand new frame which I bought from a designer store to put in new lens with prescription. The store manager told me that they are not responsible for the frame. Fair enough. I have this service done at other optometrist, and it never gave me any issues. Plus this is a brand new high quality frame. When I got the completed glasses back, the frame is completely bend. One side of the frame is tilted out, basically it is uneven , one side of the glass is in and the other out. The store clerk said it is because they have to force the new lens in, but since they are not responsible for the frame , so they don’t care. Then she said it is because of my prescription which is different for both eyes. Therefore, one glass is in and the other is out!! Seriously, this is the most ridiculous comment. The other sales clerk refused to help and said they are not responsible because I didn’t buy the frame from them. This is the most unprofessional optometrist I have ever been to. What a disappointment.
It was very helpful there .The guy solve my problem within few mintues .i would say i never see this kind of service he fix my glasses quickly . I really appreciated 100/100
