Did you know there was a Lenscrafters inside Macy's on third level. Anna was amazingly helpful repairing a pair of glasses. It was a terrific experience and I'm greatful for her expertise. Thanks for the quick fix!
Rebecca was awesome. She fixed our brand new glasses that were faulty from the factory. 10 minutes and a 450 investment was repaired when others said they could not help!!! Fabulous.
Ana is absolutely amazing! My family was in town visiting for vacation when they unfortunately had an issue with their glasses. We stopped in hoping for a quick fix and Ana completely blew us away with her incredible customer service. Not only was she extremely welcoming and also took the time to explain exactly how the glasses got messed up in the first place. To top it all off, she had them perfectly repaired and back to us within the exact same day! She truly saved the day for my family's trip. Thank you, Ana, for providing the absolute best service—we appreciate you so much!
Anna and Reece were amazing! It’s so refreshing to work with people who truly care about you. I tried on almost every pair of glasses in the store and they were so helpful in helping me pick the final pair. Anna is so experienced, professional and friendly. I feel like I hit the jackpot! This store located on the 3rd floor of Macy’s in the Fashion Valley Mall was offering 50% off lenses and I walked out with new glasses, sunglasses and contacts! Great job guys!
LensCrafters staff were outstanding. Throughout my appointment the staff made explained the exams and what they tested for. My results were explained and recommendations on what lenses were available to me. They were able to answer all of my questions and I felt they really cared about getting me the best care and products to meet my needs. I will definitely be using LensCrafters in the future.
