I lost the middle rubber from my Oakley glasses and needed to find a store who had them. I was redirected from the Macys Sunglasses hut to try Lenscrafter. Right when I got there, Errol was great assisting in fixing my glasses and tightening it as well. Appreciate the awesome customer service.
The LensCrafters store is inside Macy’s. The staff is knowledgeable and the store has a very good selection of brand name frames. Errol helped fix my sunglasses which had a missing screw. Thank you so much. Next time I’d come here when I need a pair of glasses. PS: I had gone to another sunglass store where I purchased the glasses. They couldn’t help me and told me to shop the glasses to their repair center.
Harveen was absolutely amazing! I was trying to find the perfect pair of glasses for my birthday and Harveen got to know me and my needs for glasses and picked the perfect pair just for me! They were in my budget and looked so good! I loved talking to her and her personality was so great and made my experience wonderful! Please promote Harveen!! She made my Lens Crafter experience the best, I will definitely be back just for her!
Huge shoutout to Matteo at the Macy’s LensCrafters! I was having issues finding my insurance cover, and he handled it with so much expertise. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He made what is usually a tedious process feel quick and seamless. It’s rare to find this level of dedicated service these days. Thank you, Matteo!
Absolute waste of time, ordered prescription lenses for my Ray-Ban, and these guys are taking more than a month. Not sure how ancient their system is, something which jins can do in minutes requires them a month. Update: even after 2 months this is the best they can give, my earlier frame and 2 unfitting lenses. I hope LensCrafters take an action against this particular store for ruining the brand. Final Update: Finally I did get my glasses, but the width of the lens was double the size of my frame. Not sure how could someone cut the lens so terribly, it's like the company does not have any interest in running the business. For sure, I will never step back into their store ever.
