She has that rare ability to make complicated things feel understandable without ever talking down to you. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but wears it lightly. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated like someone they were genuinely hoping would stop by. Not because you’re a customer, but because hospitality is simply part of who they are. So many businesses confuse efficiency with care, Crest reminds you they aren’t the same thing. My family and I have since moved to Southern California. There are undoubtedly plenty of capable optometrists closer to home. We still make the trip back to Crest every year for our annual exams. That’s about the strongest endorsement I can give.
