I really enjoyed and had a very pleasant experience. The staff are courteous. I also would like to give a huge thanks to Dr Mitchell for being the friendliest and most professional eye doctor I have ever met. I felt so welcome and my concerns were really addressed. The process of eye exam to the prescription glasses was so smooth. Continue providing the best eye health care, and I am sure more and more people will come to your clinic.

Entire staff was super nice from the get-go on my first visit. The doctor was an absolute joy and truly wanted to know my history, which paid off because he's the first one to tell me that some of my nearsightedness is dry eyes due to my job and hobbies. He recommended a regimen that is already paying off. Afterward I was nervous to select glasses because most of them are behind cases, and I'm super picky even though I have no true idea what I want (I just try 'em on and know if it's yay/nay). The staff member who helped me was super nice and patient, and seemed to have no issue with my cryptic feedback. I expected annoyance when returning to the case to grab more, but was met with kind tolerance instead. We found a pair I'm happy with and they were ready weeks before I was expecting them. Overall a much better experience than I could've hoped for having just moved to the area, and I'd recommend Buena Vista to anyone.

I really appreciated the customer service; they were very kind. Candy and Dr. Mitchell explained the entire procedure to me and gave me instructions during and after the exam. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. I saw many smiles in the clinic. 10/10 service!

The eye Dr. should be informed that he lost my business due to his staff saying I couldn't bring my 10 yr old son in the exam room with me. They wanted me to leave my minor in the waiting room and no adult present. I asked them if I can put a chair in the hallway near the door but outside and they said no. That is unacceptable. I will not leave a minor unsupervised out in the waiting room by himself. There is no guarantee that my minor son will be supervised with me behind a closed door. I will be leaving this place and finding a new eye doctor.
