Next time I'll have to get names. Great experience from walking in for initial first time appointment. Spent about an hour between eye exam and choosing which frames I wanted. Was explained everything. A week and a half later get the text glasses are ready. Got the same lady as before to have glasses adjusted, she mentioned to ensure it was done as she knew they would need to be. Would recommend giving them your business.

I visited Japantown Optometry for my new eyeglasses prescription and the staff and Dr. Oda were wonderful. A very nice experience. I needed my glasses ASAP and since it wiuld take the 10-14 days to get the glasses from them the staff referred me to other businesses for me to visit to see if those places could get them sooner. Very helpful staff. I will be going back to Japantown Optometry for my next pair of glasses and all of my future vision needs. Thank you Japantown Optometry!!!🙂🙏🤓

The reception staff was super helpful and friendly. It was my first time getting prescription glasses and the staff were super patient and helpful in finding the right frames for my face shape! The nurse Dylan was also super kind and helpful. Great staff and great selection of frames. Thank you Dr. Tat for providing great service and care.

I recently had an eye exam appointment at Japantown Optometry. I was greeted and saw an optometrist who was both thoughtful and courteous. The exam was thorough and I chose 2 new glasses and frames. I will surely return for another appointment as soon as I feel a change in my vision.

Overall my first visit was very pleasant, I was attended fast and efficiently. 1 star because they lost my glasses and I had to be the one to call about them after more than 2 weeks of no updates. After my initial call the reception lady said she would call me tomorrow the next day no follow up call. I again took the initiative to call and was told to call the next day because they were now closed and their "server shut down" Again I call the next day to ask for a refund, they told me someone will be contacting me shortly after the "investigate where my glasses were". I did receive another call confirming my glasses were lost if I wanted to reorder them or request a refund. Since I requested a refund they told me tomorrow I will get a call and refund because the manager is not here. No one called me, today 6/22 I went to the office in person to demand my refund and I was told it was refunded last week. No one called me to notify me or confirm. I paid cash and apparently it will be "mailed to me in a month" that is RIDICULOUS. It has been frustrating and staff has been unhelpful they couldn't even provide me with a confirmation of refund. I will not be coming to this establishment again I cannot believe I had to wait a month since 5/21 until now to receive nothing from this place.
