Had a wonderful shopping experience at Lens Crafters at Macy’s, West Covina. Richard and Indira were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Richard did a great job helping me choose the right frame for me, he was very patient and knowledgeable of their products providing a great customer service. As a result of Richards great service I brought my two daughters to get their glasses from this store as well.

Indira was the most helpful person in this location. She was super attentive while assisting my mother. She offered excellent customer service. I will definitely come back so she can help me select my next pair of glasses
