had an excellent experience at LensCrafters inside Macy’s at the Galleria at Tyler. Diego and Marcus went above and beyond to help me with my Prada sunglasses. They were incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued as a customer. Their customer service was truly exceptional and honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. It’s rare to find people who are both so skilled and so kind. Diego and Marcus made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I left feeling very happy and grateful for their help. Thank you both for your outstanding service! LensCrafters is fortunate to have such wonderful employees Because of Diego and Marcus, I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family.

I wasn’t there for an eye exam but I had a great experience here. I believe the associate that helped me was Marcus, and he verified the prescription I had and let me test it out before confirming the purchase. Also as it is going to be my first pair of prescription glasses, I appreciated the time he spent helping me decide as well as being patient with my questions. Originally, I had gone a few months ago and I believe it was the manager who had assisted me then, though I had to leave before I could decide what I wanted to get the first time, both experiences were great and they were very kind and helpful.

So happy that I decided to visit this location for my new glasses. They have such a huge variety of glasses to choose from & I was especially grateful for the excellent customer service & patience that Mia had with me to ensure I chose exactly the pairs of glasses that I loved.
