had such an amazing experience at my eye exam! Dr. Patel was incredibly sweet, patient, and thorough—he took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. You can tell he genuinely wants the best for his patients. The staff was just as wonderful. They truly went above and beyond to help me find the exact glasses I had in mind, paying attention to every little detail and making sure I was 100% happy with my choice. I never felt rushed, and their kindness made the whole process so enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism with a genuinely warm, welcoming atmosphere!

Dr. Patel was notably kind and thorough, providing in depth information about my eye health every step of the exam. I appreciated his clarity and transparency, as well as the time he spent to genuinely connect with me as a patient. I left feeling well taken care of. The staff that assisted me in choosing glasses and checking out were also very friendly, professional, and helpful. They made my day brighter when I could have left feeling down about my current eye health. Thanks to those gentleman!
Great location & so convenient. Dr wasn’t there today but manger was able to inform me to make an appointment. Offered me free cleaning is how he got me. Thank you Tamir he was the best at store. I hope he will be there to help me pick new frames.
The salespeople and optometrists at all the stores I’ve been to are great. However, I will no longer ever buy frames from LensCrafters due to the lack of quality of materials. I spend hundreds on glasses normally buying 2 pair of designer eyeglasses and one pair of Arnette or some other off brand. The off brands lasts longer. I purchased 3 pair of Pradas and 1 pair of Gucci. The Pradas that say made in Italy still have the name on the side. The Prada without faded completely on one side and is in process of fading on the other. Then I have another pair where part of the name and all of the black wore off. I was told it’s my hair products or from oily skin or sweating. How is that possible? As you can see only one pair did that so wouldn’t they all do that? Buyer beware? Prada frames are expensive but they’re not all created equally. I will stick with my Gucci and Tom Fords, even the Arnette Brand is better. I never received a resolution from my problem with my first pair of Prada glasses and now this’s pair is a joke. Once they get your money, they don’t care.
In January 2025 I received at LENS CRAFTERS a through Examination and the purchase of 2 pair of eye glasses . With discounts and insurance came to more than $800. Out of pocket . I called numerous times to the store for pick up I never got an associate in Eyeware to answer the phone. Instead I was connected by phone to the next department. When the chosen glasses were ready for wear I received POOR customer service and NO adjustments to my face. I complained but it did No good. The following week after wearing the glasses awhile . I thought the UNIMPROVED vision was because of me . However I went numerous times to the Optometrist and later to Wills Eye Hospital because I believed my visions Lack of improvement was because of my eyes .I recently was told more POIR VISION was because my glasses were not PROPERLY made NOT ACCORDING TO THE NEEDED MEASUREMENTS. Those measurements were taken by the REPRESENTATIVE OF LENS CRAFTER STORE.. The INCORRECT FACIAL MEASUREMENTS was causing my Grief and poor vision . Also causing EYE INFLAMMATION over and over again. I could see better WITHOUT the glasses than I could with the glasses. I went to a different Lens Crafter location. The Representative noticed The WRONG MEASUREMENT right away. I choose to have one pair of glasses fixed properly at a time. Also I was required to pay additional monies for the change in lens dispute the fact that the ERROR was not mine but LENS CRAFTERS ERROR. The second pair of glasses have an arm that is lopsided and the blended bifocal is not in the lower part of the glasses but 3/4 of the entire Lens and Never get Clear or Dark for sunglasses and they scratch my nose. The facial adjustment never happens to be correct only modified . I need MY GLASSES TO WORK PROPERLY TO FIT MY FACE PROPERLY. For both arms of the glasses to be at my ears and NOT SLIDE off my face.PLEASE CORRECT YOUR ERROR LENS CRAFTER SENT MY PRESCRIPTION TO BE CRAFTED CORRECTLY IT WAS COMPLETELY WRONG
