⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters at Macy’s Memorial, thanks to Jennifer! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Jennifer took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my choices, and went above and beyond to make my experience easy and enjoyable. Her kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. Jennifer is definitely an asset to the team, and I really appreciate all of her help. I highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you visit this location!

10/10 experience today thanks to Lili! Helped me find the most perfect pair of sunglasses and her customer service was exceptional. Was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Would recommend going to her every time and will definitely be back to buy sunglasses from her again!!

Lili provided an awesome experience in helping me get my glasses! She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable through the process. She took the time to help me figure out what frames looked the best, and she made everything a breeze. If you visit this location ask for Lili!

My experience at LensCrafters was amazing! Kaylyn was an amazing person to help me to pick out sunglasses that I wanted to get. She was very helpful and patient at my choices and helping me pick from multiple options different colors. Then finally pick one out on her good support and knowledge letting me know they were good. Definitely would be going again best service and when y’all go its in Macy's ask for Kaylyn and she will get you right on what your looking for.

The ladies at this location are amazing. Liliana, Alexia, and Jennifer always go above and beyond to make sure I get what i’m looking for. I’m very particular about my glasses and they are always able to figure out a solution to my picky. I highly recommend this location. Good people and good energy.
