Dr. Beal is the best! Ultimate professional with such a caring way. Eric assisted me with my frames and lenses orders. He was PHENOMENAL. So patient, thorough and positive. He really knows his stuff and guides you every step of the way. I have total comfort and trust in Dr. Beal and Eric. I am a lifetime LensCrafters patient/customer because of the exceptional care and service I always receive. They both deserve a raise!

Dr. Beal is very comforting, thorough and takes her time. The exam isnt rushed and she always has time for questions. The staff is also very professional and kind. Overall wonderful experience.

Dr. Beale and the staff are great. It would have gotten 5 stars but the selection of frames is small. Not totally their fault, as it is a very small space. They will offer to order frames, which is a plus. Something else to note, up charges are insane so be sure you’re getting what you want and don’t get pressured into getting something you didn’t ask for or need.

I went to the polaris Macy’s one and the guy name Eric was cordial and fix my glass issue in minutes. What a splendid customer service. He is an asset to your company I must say!
