I was delighted with my experience at this optical shop. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process of my eye exam and lens selection. The guidance provided was clear and professional, and I could tell that they genuinely care about their customers' visual well-being. I left feeling very satisfied and with a smile, thanks to the excellent service I received. Highly recommended!

Jehnysis at the Orchard in Thornton CO helped me pick out the perfect glasses for my face shape. Everyone loves them. I got 2 pair and have never been more pleased with new glasses. I can see so clearly! I have had many new pair and they always seem a bit off, but not these ones. Also want to say her customer service is stellar! Thank you Jehnysis! I will be back for my computer glasses. 😎💯

I been in quite few LensCrafters and this locations it’s the BEST one! They really make sure you always feel welcomed and they are willing to help you in any way to make you feel happy always so professional, Matt and Damaris I really appreciate it what you guys have done for me, thank you so much for being so nice! I leave close to other LensCrafters I rather drive to this location because they never disappoint ❤️ I’m always recommending you guys in this location!

Ordered a new pair of prescription lens. Olga helped me out with getting them to fit the old frames. The lens wouldn’t stay in the old frames so she set me up with a new frame for a very good price. Great customer service!
