I visited the LensCrafters in this Macy's store. I walked around just browsing, with no intent of actually purchasing anything. Nonetheless, I ended up making a purchase! The variety of glasses and sunglasses were more broad than the other LensCrafters we'd visited. Upon walking up, we were politely greeted by two women working that day, and was advised to let them know if there was anything I needed help with. They did not bombard us with sale tactics and over crowd us which made the browsing much more pleasing (I really dislike when sales associates come with an aggressive approach.) My fiancé found some Rayban glasses that he had trouble finding in other locations! At some point he was torn between two glasses, and decided to ask for some help on picking from the two. Rhonda was excited to help, and was by far the most informative person we could have asked for. She helped analyze everything, from the color of the glasses against his skin tone, to the actual fitting of the glasses. Our decision was narrowed down in seconds! While he checked out, I found some sunglasses for myself, and didn't really plan on getting them, but was interested in knowing the price. They had (maybe still going on?) a sale where frames and lenses were 40% off! With that being said, we literally got an AMAZING bargain, so I ended up purchasing the sunglasses. Honestly, I can not have asked for a better experience. The customer service Rhonda provided made the experience that much better.

I came to this LensCrafters and was kindly greeted by the employees right away. They were very professional and helped me out every step of the way, making the experience an easy one. The customer service at this location was absolutely amazing and very professional. Rhonda was able to make sure I received the best deal possible. I would recommend anyone to shop at this location. Thanks LensCrafters at Macy's!
Such a horrible outcome for something that started so pleasantly. I chose this location after going years without proper eyewear. Everyone I encountered were extremely professional and personable. I went in for an eye exam and also decided to have the location make my glasses. The first red flag was when the Optometrist decided I needed lenses she selected, although none of the selections gave me clear vision. I picked up my glasses a few weeks later and upon placing them on I immediately felt something was off. I voiced my concerns and was told “it’s to be expected because the glasses are new”. I went home and noticed the quality of television now appeared to be poor; however once I removed the glasses things were clear again. I called and spoke with Joanna I informed her what I was experiencing and again I was informed “give it some time this is expected”. After a week or more I called again and informed the staff my vision isn’t improving and finally I was asked to come in. When I arrived I had my nose guard adjusted as well as the temple of my glasses(I’m still uncertain as to how that would’ve helped with the lenses) at that time I wanted to simply get a refund but against my better judgment I listened to Ronda and decided to give it another two weeks. Ultimately, after calling fir several weeks and being told someone would contact me I went on about life with the faulty glasses. What prompted me to finally put my foot down is when I colleague asked me “why is it that I’m constantly leaning forward or removing my glasses to read documents” and that point it confirmed the glasses weren’t offering me what I had purchased. I contacted the location as well as customer service to no avail. When I finally spoke with Joanna and the location I was informed “I had the wrong prescription for my glasses”(what does that even mean). I’m constantly getting the run around from the store’s staff and whenever I reach out to customer service I’m told “I’ll be contacted by a District Manager”. I simply would like a refund. PLEASE DO NOT be lured into spending your hard earned money by the INITIAL superb customer service, you will be sorry.
This was the most pleasant trip to the eye doctor in over 15 years. I chose this location because of Dr. Webb, my long time ophthalmologist. There I have met Connie. She was very patient with me and extremely knowledgable explaining different types of lenses and frames, helping me choose right ones. I highly recomend this location. Ask for Connie.
I was at Macy's and decided to give them a try because they accepted my vision plan. They have a nice variety of brands and will help you get the best deal. Also, the employees are knowledgeable, attentive and always very friendly.
