Had a great experience at LensCrafters inside Macy’s! AJ was super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of sunglasses and made everything easy and enjoyable. Really appreciate the excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Jasmine Naomi and aj were absolutely amazing! They helped me decide on a pair that best suits my face when I had no idea what to choose! Always a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Fe is super knowledgeable and ready to help you pick the right frame/lenses. Highly recommend if you are in need of new glasses!

I didn’t even know this location was here! Friendly and professional staff. AJ Monique and Noemi were very helpful. I greatly appreciate it. Also a note to Sam Scott: As it was explained to me, they clean the glasses to sanitize them. I don’t want someone’s makeup or dirt to get on my face so I appreciate the cleanliness. If you think otherwise, you’re just dirty.
