I had such a great experience at LensCrafters at Macy's this afternoon at the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton because of the excellent services that I received from both Jonathan and Victor there. I had always been upsold by salespeople at optical stores for extra products that did not fit my needs. At the end, I would feel cheated because of the unnecessary products. Today, I was extremely pleasantly surprised by Jonathan and Victor. Not only were they very professional, but they were also very patient to find out my optical needs and explain the differences of their products. When suggesting the right products/options to fit my needs, they were very honest and provided great overall value for my money. I commend Jonathan and Victor for their professional product knowledge combined with their excellent customer services.
