I had a great Experience at this LensCrafters. All associates treated me with care and made sure I found the glasses I wanted. They were very patient with me And reasoned with me a good deal. I highly recommend this LensCrafters to anyone. Lubna the manager is awesome and will help you out!
I had an eye exam there, and it was a great exam , the people were great, The problem is I ordered my glasses on March 31st and was told they would be here in 7 to 10 days, it is now April 17th , 17 days later and I was just told it would be another week. If I had been told it would be this long to get them I would have gone some where else. Very disappointed.
Me and me wife went there after a very bad experience with the lens crafter at weberstown mall across from Macy's!The associate (Jordan)Was very Very helpful as he went out his way to contact his manager that was off to help my Wife!He went above and beyond to help and satisfy us as customers!We want to thank him very much!We also want to thank his manager and let her k ow she needs more people like Jordan!Great experience after being treated like dirt at there other store!Thank you Again Jordan!
