Lenscrafters at Macys

Patient safety is huge! My wife has an appointment here now and there is a very strong smell of gas; staff states that the fire department says its ok to operate etc... but NO, IT'S REALLY NOT! Inhaling fumes from a restaurant next door is harmful to everyone even in a short period of time. The restaurant itself is closed but Lens Crafters want to operate anyway and put cutomers/patients in harms way. This is bad for business and more importantly, health. My personal/professional advice; schedule at another location if you can please. It's NOT safe at this Morrow,GA location.

Had a great experience at LensCrafters getting my sunglasses fixed. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to help. They took the time to assess the issue, explained what needed to be done, and had my sunglasses repaired efficiently. Really appreciated the care and attention to detail—excellent service overall. Would definitely recommend!

I went to a Lens r crafters for my exam i exam Mariah and the team which includes Dorian. Provided top-notch service in the utmost care for the customer. I would recommend them for anyone who needs it's their eye exam in other services.

Hi - went to this location on Saturday April 11,2026. A woman and man were both there siting down upon my arrival. No one greeted me or offered any assistance. I was there for about 30 minutes or so browsing and trying on frames as I already had an eye prescription and was in the store to get assistance. The guy continued to read his phone and the lady just sat there. They never spoke a word to me. After I found what I wanted to purchase I took a picture of the frames code and I went home to order online. If the employees are not there to assist or greet customers …why are they there. Highly disappointed will not return I would drive to elsewhere in the future. Very unacceptable service.
