I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Tianna and Dr. Shalsi! From the moment I walked in, they treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Tianna went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit, and Dr. Shalsi was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the entire exam process. You can truly tell they care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Their customer service is second to none, and they made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters in Clearwater! Jason was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped my son find the perfect pair of glasses, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everyone in the store was friendly, professional, and never made us feel rushed. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore, and they truly went above and beyond. We left feeling confident that we made the right choice. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a great selection of frames!

My first visit and eye exam went great. But there was a misunderstanding about insurance. I found out it was totally on me. I was given contacts to try and they were perfect. I just picked up my new glasses, perfect as well. The staff here are just wonderful. Thank you to all of you for a great experience. Robert.

I came to pick up my 3 pair of sunglasses and eyeglasses. Nina wasn't scheduled to arrive for another 40 minutes, so I was assisted by Deborah. Felicity remembered me from having helped me before with testing for my eye exam. She's amazing with her friendly greetings and assistance, as well. Between Deborah's friendly professionalism and expert adjustments I left there very satisfied with my 3 pairs of eyewear. Thank you‼️ I won't hesitate to come back when it's time for my next pair.
