We had appointments two Saturday’s ago for my husband and myself and had an excellent experience. Rylee and Anika went above and beyond to make our family—including our young kids—feel welcome. Rylee made it extra special by helping our kids pick out their first sunglasses and ensuring our insurance covered them. Anika kept the kids engaged so I could shop and even helped us safely out the door with our stroller when we stepped outside. Anika also expertly fitted our family once the glasses came in after recognizing us right away. Chandler was also great—he helped my husband feel confident choosing higher-end progressive lenses and clearly explained my options without any pressure. Everyone was kind, professional, and patient. We’re now devoted to this LensCrafters location and will definitely be back!

I stopped by to get my son’s glasses adjusted and Lee took great care of us. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to find that level of genuine customer service, and he really went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to buy my next frames at this location. Thanks again, Lee!
I had a great experience at this location. My old glasses I got from a different LensCrafters years ago were in desperate need of TLC. Anika was able to adjust them perfectly for me as well as replace my nose pads and give me some advice on maintaining my glasses care. She was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend coming here for any optical needs and speaking with Anika!
I recently had an exam and purchased glasses at this location and found the entire staff most friendly and accommodating. What really stood out to me was the way they handled an error. To be fair, the fault was probably mine, but the young lady who helped me never made me feel guilty and was more than kind in correcting the original order. Plus, she got several discounts for my purchase. Thanks to an excellent, above-and-beyond staff.
— Weeks of runaround, problem still unresolved I've worn progressive lenses for over 4 years and have never had an issue like this until now. I went to LensCrafters Kirkland for a new pair and was upsold on the premium Varilux brand, which the optician assured me offered the best field of coverage. From the first pair, I had a clear blur spot on the right side of the right lens. Instead of addressing it, I was told to "adjust" by wearing them for a week. I came back after multiple attempts — same problem — and was eventually sent back to my eye doctor. My doctor recommended a different lens type and sent me back. The optician said he'd shift the optical center further right. I picked up the second pair and the blur spot is still there. Now I'm being asked to return again on Saturday when both the optician and the manager are available with mention they they fix it only once. Each visit is a 30-mile drive each way, and I've been making this trip nearly every week for a problem that should have been solved correctly the first time. I paid a premium for Varilux lenses and received nothing but trial-and-error and wasted time. Frankly, the cheaper progressives I've gotten from Costco were better than this — never a single complaint there. Completely dissatisfied with the competence and the experience at this location. I would not recommend LensCrafters Kirkland for anyone needing progressive lenses.
