I got my glasses from glasses.com and they help me repair it. I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I originally purchased my glasses from glasses.com, but the nose pads needed repair. Even though I didn’t buy the glasses directly from them, the staff were very helpful and quickly fixed the nose pads for me. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly. Really appreciate their willingness to help and the quality of the repair.

Been going here for my eye exams/glasses for years, and always have a great experience. Cameron was excellent, as well as his manager. I recently had a bad experience with the Perimeter store: they quickly corrected the problem, and apologized to me on behalf of the company which was very professional. Very sweet and polite staff, not to mention Dr Yu being one of the best eye doctors out there, I love it here, keep up the good work! :)

I had a great experience with Raphael at LensCrafters. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure to help me replace my broken glasses. His customer service really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, I highly recommend asking for Raphael!

Raphael is a life saver I called him close to closing time because I had bent my glasses and I was so stressed I wouldn’t be able to see all weekend. He was so kind and patient and just a great help 10 out of 10 would recommend if you come to this location and ask for him!

Chris and the team were very helpful. Chris assisted me getting my new pair of prescription glasses . Although I wasn’t able to get my new glasses polished the way I wanted (I was hoping for crystal-clear edges), it’s okay — another LensCrafters location was able to take care of it. Just a heads-up: I’ve attached photos of what a properly polished lens should look like, as a reference in case it helps for future customers.
