LensCrafters Optique

I had an amazing experience with LensCrafters at The Meadows in Lake Saint Louis. Dr. Calvin Daack and Glenn performed eye exams and were very informative and answered all of my questions. I also have to shout out the friendly and easy to talk to staff I interacted with, which included NIKK and Brenden. They were very patient and helpful in guiding me through my appointment and choosing a couple of pairs of glasses. They all made my experience a beautiful one. I am most definitely recommending this LensCrafters to everyone I meet, and will continue to come back every time I need a new pair. Thank you for everything. I appreciate the care and dedication you all have.

My family and I have been coming to this LensCrafters location for over 5 years, and our most recent exam visit was awesome. Jimmy has been our constant throughout the years, and he is always incredibly helpful and patient. I tend to go back and forth a lot, starting with options, adding them to the system, stepping away to think, and coming back again and through it all, Jimmy remains professional, patient, and supportive with every selection. His consistency and great customer service are a big reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

This LensCrafters location is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they were able to get me in very quickly. Nik was absolutely the best. She provided outstanding service with so much empathy and compassion. I came in looking for a second opinion after a poor experience with a different eye doctor (not affiliated with LensCrafters), and she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and helped ease my worries throughout the process. She also gave amazing advice when it came to choosing frames and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her customer service was truly exceptional. The doctors I saw were wonderful as well, especially Dr. Daack. He was incredibly personable, kind, and easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and took the time to address my concerns without making me feel rushed. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

My husband and I were in the search for a new eye doctor, and one day just stopped in and asked if they would assist with fixing his glasses. He met Nik. That experience alone made us switch. We come from very high customer service traction. When I say that Nik was the best we've seen in along time, I mean it! Holy cow! Phenomenal service. Not just with our goofy selves, but observing her with other customers was incredible. The amount of knowledge and just her way knowing how to connect with people was remarkable! Highly recommend! I would be sad if she ever leaves, but she has a very successful career in her future! Thank you Nik, for making us feel special! Fantastic job!
