I recently came here to purchase glasses for my daughter, and the experience lacked basic pricing transparency. Under my EyeMed plan, the frame was supposed to be completely free. However, the salesperson defaulted to the most expensive premium lenses without offering any alternative options or explaining the price tiers. When I checked my initial itemized receipt at home, I noticed they had actually charged me $42 for the frame, bringing the total to $170. When I went back to dispute the unauthorized frame charge, the staff simply changed the paperwork on the spot. They gave me a new calculation marking the frame as $0, but inflated the lens features so the final total conveniently remained exactly $170. It feels like they reverse-engineered the bill to hit a specific price point rather than honestly applying my insurance benefits. Be very careful and double-check your itemized receipts here—their sales tactics and pricing practices are highly misleading. Update : 02 June 2026 I had a survey filled for the link sent by LensCrafters customer relations team on 29th May 2026 I received a call from the shop on 1st June explaining that I had selected one of the most expensive frames, which contributed to the higher price. I acknowledged the explanation at the time. The following day, they contacted me again and offered to replace the premium AR lens with a standard AR lens, asking me to bring the glasses in for the change, which I agreed to do. Shortly after, I received another call informing me that they would process a refund of $78 (I had initially requested a $60 refund) and that there was no need to return the glasses. The Manager, promptly initiated the refund. I appreciate the manager’s responsiveness and efforts in resolving the issue to my satisfaction.
I've been coming to this LensCrafters location for years, and while I've always received good service, Niko provided the best customer service I've ever experienced there. From the moment my daughter and I walked in for our annual eye exams, Niko greeted us with a genuine smile and warm welcome. He immediately offered to help without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. I'm incredibly indecisive when it comes to choosing glasses, and after a while I usually feel like the person helping me becomes impatient or annoyed. Niko was the complete opposite. He was attentive, patient, and gave me space to browse while still being available whenever I needed his opinion. My daughter was also having a hard time deciding. She's worn the same frames for the past three years and wanted something different but was nervous about making a change. Niko took the time to listen to what she was looking for, understood her style, and found the perfect pair for her. He did the same for me. What really impressed me was how well he listened. I mentioned that my favorite pair of glasses, which I had forgotten at home, had become so loose and were falling off my face. I described them, and he immediately knew exactly which frames I was talking about. He told me to bring them back and said he'd see what he could do to fix them. My daughter and I live nearby, so we went home, grabbed them, and returned. Within five minutes, Niko had them fixed and fitting like new. This was especially meaningful because I'd been wearing those loose glasses for over six months. They hadn't been dropped or damaged, they had suddenly become loose. My husband had actually brought them into the same LensCrafters twice before and was told they couldn't be repaired. We were advised to contact the manufacturer instead, which was disappointing considering they were expensive glasses. Niko not only fixed them quickly, but he also restored my confidence in the level of service LensCrafters can provide. Niko is truly a gem. He made what is usually a stressful experience enjoyable, listened carefully, anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. He is an incredible asset to LensCrafters, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves.
I had a great experience with Milla at the PV location on Tatum. She was very helpful especially since I had limited options for glasses given my situation. I was so happy for her help with finding a pair that fits my needs and her encouragement that I have 30 days to make sure they don’t give me any issues.
Milla was the best, and super helpful. Would definitely recommend going to her for guidance. Overall super happy with my experience. Good Job LensCrafters.
