As confused as I get with multiple choices, the experience with Hailey has been very pleasant at the LensCrafters location at Prosper TX. She was very knowledgable about her products and did not shy away from providing honest opinion about what suits well with respect to frames on a certain face type. Also the turn around time on the glasses was within a week with vision number for glasses and sunglasses. Would highly recommend this store.

I am so happy they brought a lensecrafters to prosper. Their selection of glasses is great. Hailey is also amazing. She gives honest feedback and really cares that you are happy and comfortable in your glasses. My glasses need a lot of adjustment to get them to not fall down my face. So many people adjust them so they push into your head…which just gives you a headache. She was able to make things curve just right to fit perfectly. She was also SO patient with my husband who has no clue what he wants or how things should feel. Hailey is a true asset for this location.

I went to the Dr. Office for prescription. Everything went great. The Dr. Suggested that I keep single vision prescription not progressive since I just needed to remove the glasses to read. I agreed. Later. I thought about it then changed my mind. I dont want to keep taking glasses off and on. I called the office again and asked if the doctor can change my prescription to progressive. He should have all the information. Front desk said he needs to see me again, not to do another exam but a follow up. Dosent make sense. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to care or explain futher. I rather go some where else to see if I can get better customer service and give my business to them.

Hailey was incredibly helpful and very friendly while helping us choose our frames and glasses. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at guiding both me and my family members to the perfect choices. Thank you so much, Hailey! Noticed the new LensCrafters here in Prosper, stopped in to get my glasses adjusted. It’s a beautiful store, they adjusted my glasses for me and it felt like new! Great customer service! I will definitely be back again!
